One-Day Taster
New to FUELSIT? One full day of coaching, video review, and community. The lowest-barrier way to experience what this is all about — before committing to a multi-day camp.
Multi-day camps in Spain for adults who play every week but have never had real coaching, real structure, or the right environment to actually grow.
September 2026 is cheaper than every edition that follows. You take a chance on us — we overdeliver.
Finalizing coaches from Spanish professional academies. Names announced to applicants first.
Free and non-binding. Applicants get first pick of spots and founding pricing when booking opens.
Structured coaching, real feedback, tactical depth — and the off-pitch experience that makes it unforgettable.
Planned sessions with licensed coaches — technical, tactical, positional. Not pickup games. Adapted for how adults actually learn.
Your matches recorded and broken down with a coach. You leave knowing exactly what to work on. This is the element most adult players have never experienced.
Football-specific conditioning, injury prevention, motor skills. The work most players skip — built into every session.
Reading the game. Decision-making under pressure. Positional awareness. What separates "I play football" from "I understand football."
Everything leads to real matches — with real-time coaching from the sideline. Learn while playing, not just from drills.
Group dinners, city exploration, La Liga nights on the big screen. You meet people who share your obsession. The connections last longer than the camp.
The same six blocks run through every FUELSIT camp, scaled to its length. Adults learn differently from academy kids — longer to warm up, faster to understand, and far more motivated by knowing why.
A filmed game on arrival, before any coaching. Plus a movement screen: hamstrings, adductors, ankles. Your baseline.
First touch away from pressure, receiving on the half-turn, scanning before the ball arrives. Small stations, high repetitions.
One game model for the camp. Positional play, pressing triggers, defensive shape — taught in the room, then on the grass.
A full session in the gym with an S&C coach: what to actually do in there for football, and the prophylaxis that keeps adults on the pitch.
A sports psychologist on the mistake after the mistake, decision-making under fatigue, and the pre-match routine nobody taught you.
Individual video session with a UEFA-licensed coach. You leave with three things to work on and a 12-week plan to do it.
Names are announced to applicants before public release. We publish the licences now so you can judge the level before the names exist.
Here is the whole thing, hour by hour — Barcelona, Opening Weekend, 18–20 September. The other camps run the same six blocks; the longer ones go deeper, add a second review cycle and more time in the gym.
Timings are the working plan for Season One and may shift by up to an hour with facility slots and weather. The blocks themselves do not change — the baseline match, the individual review and the final filmed match are the spine of every camp.
All camps capped at 16 players. Applications are open now; applicants get first access when booking opens.
New to FUELSIT? One full day of coaching, video review, and community. The lowest-barrier way to experience what this is all about — before committing to a multi-day camp.
Three days of intensive coaching at Barcelona facilities, Friday to Sunday — no need to burn a week of holiday. Evenings: dinner with the group and La Liga on the big screen.
Four days of serious football in one of the Mediterranean's most beautiful locations — in September, when the island is still 27°C and the crowds are gone.
The most complete camp, and the one that closes Season One. Five days covering tactics, technique, fitness, psychology, and match play. The closest thing to a pro preseason — built for adults.
Every FUELSIT camp is a football training camp for adults aged 25 and over, run in Spain with licensed coaches and a maximum of 16 players. They differ in length, intensity and price — here is the whole Season One line-up side by side.

Prices are founding-edition rates for Season One and exclude flights. The Pro Week is all-inclusive apart from flights and is not open booking. Multi-day camps are priced training-only; the Madrid taster is all-inclusive. All camps are capped at 16 players.
One week living the way a professional does it. Same facility, same staff structure, same daily rhythm — scaled to an adult body and an adult schedule. Eight players. Not sixteen.
The Pro Week is not open booking. You apply, we talk for twenty minutes, and we take the eight players the week will actually work for. If it is not right for you we will say so and point you at the camp that is.
Link to any footage you already have. A coach watches it and writes back three specific things, each with the timestamp where it happens and one drill for it. It is the smallest possible version of what a camp does, and it costs nothing.
Rate my game →I grew up playing football for over 10 years in a club. Those summers at football camp are some of my best memories — the structure, the progress, the feeling of being surrounded by people who loved the game as much as you did.
Then adult life happened. No time for a club. No structure. Just pickup games with friends, YouTube tutorials that are hard to apply, and a feeling that you're not actually getting better — you're just keeping fit.
I moved to Spain and saw what padel had created: a culture where adults invest in their sport, travel for it, build friendships around it. Nobody had done that for football.
FUELSIT is my attempt to change that. September 2026 is the first season — which means you get the best price, the most personal experience, and the chance to be part of something from day one.
You kick a ball with friends or colleagues once or twice a week. You love the game — you've loved it since you were a kid. But there's no structure, no feedback, no one telling you what to actually work on.
You don't have three evenings a week for a club. But you have a few days for something that changes how you play for the next 10 years.
You should be able to play a full casual match — that is the whole entry bar. All levels are welcome: with a maximum of 16 players the coaches adapt to you, not the other way round. Sessions are designed with adult bodies in mind — longer warm-ups, smart intensity, real recovery built in. You don't need to be good. You need to want to get better.
No. FUELSIT is built for players 25 and up, and there is no upper age limit. Sessions are planned around adult bodies: longer warm-ups, smart intensity, real recovery. The whole point is that nobody else is doing structured football coaching for grown adults.
Multi-day camps (Barcelona, Mallorca) are priced training-only: all coaching sessions, pitch and facility hire, video analysis, fitness and tactical work, and the group activities off the pitch. Flights and accommodation are not included — multi-day camps will offer packages with and without accommodation, and applicants get those options first. The Madrid One-Day Taster at €229 is all-inclusive: full-day coaching, video review and lunch, no accommodation needed.
Barcelona camps: Barcelona El Prat (BCN). Madrid: Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas (MAD). Mallorca: Palma de Mallorca (PMI). All three are major European hubs with cheap direct connections from most of Europe — and September and October are outside peak season, so flights are considerably cheaper than in July or August.
No. All coaching and video analysis is delivered in English. Our players come from across Europe and beyond, and English is the working language of every camp.
We're confirming coaches from Spanish professional academies right now. Names go to applicants before public release.
No. It's free and non-binding. Applying gets you early access and first pick of spots — you only pay when you decide to confirm your place. We ask real questions because camps are capped at 16 and we place people by position and level, not by who clicked first.
Absolutely — most people do. That's part of the point. Groups also welcome; we'll make sure you're in the same session.
Fair question. Being first means founding pricing, smaller groups, and more personal attention. We're staking our reputation on this — every reason to overdeliver on the first one.
