Send us 60 seconds of you playing. We’ll send back three things to work on.

Not a score out of ten. Three specific things a UEFA-licensed coach can see in your game — each with the timestamp where it happens, the numbers behind it, and one drill to fix it.

No upload, no account, no card. You send a link to footage you already have — Veo, club camera, a phone on the sideline.

Your weight is on the right foot before the ball arrives.

Nine of eleven receptions. That is a habit most adults never build, and it is why your pass completion is high despite everything below.

1
00:14 · 00:39 · 00:52

You check your shoulder after the pass is played, not before.

Three times in a minute you receive facing your own goal because you looked late. Every one of them costs you a touch, and the second touch is the one under pressure.

Drill · scan on every pass in the rondo
2
00:31

Your first touch goes towards the presser.

Good control, wrong direction — you kill the ball dead in front of you instead of opening away from the shoulder of the nearest defender. This is the single most common habit in adult recreational football.

Drill · directional receiving, 4 gates

00:47 — 01:02

You stop moving once you’ve passed.

You play a good ball and then watch it. Two of those passes could have been a give-and-go into space nobody was covering. This is fitness-cheap and worth more than anything technical on this list.

Drill · pass and follow, 15 min a week
Twelve-week plan
WEEKS 01–04
Scanning
One look before every ball arrives. Ten minutes at the start of every game you already play.
WEEKS 05–08
Directional receiving
Four gates, twenty minutes, twice a week. First touch decides where the second one happens.
WEEKS 09–12
Pass and move
Pass-and-follow rule in every rondo. Cheapest yards you will ever add to your game.
The rest arrives by email Your third finding in full, the twelve-week plan, and a drill for every point with a clip showing it done properly.

Sample review — illustrative, not a real player

Three steps, and none of them cost anything.

This is the smallest possible version of what happens on a FUELSIT camp. On camp you get two filmed matches, a coach in the room with you and twenty-five minutes face to face. Here you get the same eyes on one clip, in writing, for nothing.

STEP 01

Find a clip

Sixty seconds of a real game. Wide angle beats close-up — most of what a coach reads is where you are before the ball arrives, not what you do with it.

STEP 02

Send the link

YouTube, Veo, Google Drive, Instagram, WhatsApp — anything we can open. Tell us which minute you appear and what you want us to look at.

STEP 03

Get it back in writing

Three things with timestamps, your numbers, a pitch map and a 12-week plan. Usually within a few days. No sales call attached — if you want to come to a camp, you know where we are.

Send a clip.

These are watched and written one at a time, which is the whole point and also the limit — we take a fixed number before each season. If we are full, you will hear that rather than nothing.

Cost
Free. No card, no account, no trial that turns into something.
You send
A link to footage you already have. Nothing to upload.
You get
Three findings with timestamps and a drill each, measured numbers, a pitch map and a 12-week plan.
Turnaround
Usually a few days. It is watched by a person, not generated.
Your clip
Never published unless you tick the box below.
01 — The clip

YouTube, Veo, Drive, Instagram — anything we can open without an account.

Optional, but it makes the review sharper. If you leave it blank we’ll tell you what stands out.

02 — You

One clip per person, please — these take real time to do properly.

Got it.

Your clip is in the queue. You’ll get the review by email — usually a few days, and it comes from a person who watched it.

Straight answers

Is it actually free?

Yes, and there is no card anywhere. It exists because describing what coaching feels like never works, and showing it does. If you like the review, the camps are the longer version.

Do I have to be any good?

No. Most people sending clips play once or twice a week and have never been coached. The less coaching you have had, the bigger the difference three specific corrections make.

What if my footage is bad?

Shaky phone footage from the sideline is fine. If we genuinely cannot see enough to say anything useful, we will tell you that instead of inventing something.

Will you put me on a mailing list?

You’ll get your review and one message telling you when Season One booking opens. That is the whole of it, and one click ends it.

The longer version runs in Spain.

Two filmed matches instead of one clip, twenty-five minutes face to face with a coach, and a plan you take home. Barcelona, Madrid and Mallorca, capped at 16 players.
